1- Leave & Work From Home PolicyNo employee is permitted to take leave or work from home without prior written approval from HR.

  • All leave requests must be submitted via official email to HR @Hassan Mughal
  • HR will coordinate with your respective Team Lead/Manager for final approval.
  • Verbal approvals or WhatsApp messages will not be considered valid.

A formal Leave & Attendance Policy is currently being finalized and will be officially communicated and published shortly.

2- Notice Period PolicyIn the event of resignation, a mandatory 30-day notice period must be served. This condition is non-negotiable and applies to all employees as per company policy.

3- Performance-Based Bonus (Upcoming)We are currently working on introducing a monthly performance-based bonus structure.Further details will be shared once finalized.
